If it is something that worked in the past, then it may be that we updated the code and your browser has not downloaded the latest version.
Navigate to the page that is not working and hold down the CTRL and F5 keys together at the same time. This will refresh the page and download the latest code.
If you are using a mobile device you will have to clear the browser cache.
Open the mobile browser and go to the browser settings. You will find a category called “Privacy and Security” or something like that. There is then an option to “Delete Browsing Data”
I usually need to do this every time we make an update to the code on the site.
If CTRL+F5 and /or clearing the cache on your mobile phone still does not work, you will need to email us at logger@skybase.net with some screen shots and a description of how to reproduce the issue.
